Our offices expanded into seven satellite offices in New Jersey, Delaware and Florida. In 1992, we relocated our mortgage and financial services "HUB" to Melbourne, Florida

People's First Financial Services was founded by Steve Srein in 1986. Steve serves as the Founder and Chief Mortgage Underwriter. He oversees the creation of each customer's financial plan. He has served in the mortgage and financial industry since 1976. Jo Ann Srein serves as the President of the company and oversees the processing of the mortgage loans and administrative responsibilities. Jo Ann has been serving in the mortgage industry since 1996.
Additionally, In 2004 Steve & Jo Ann each obtained real estate licenses in the state of Florida and have since teamed up with Golden Realty Group to promote the ever-so-popular "For Sale By Owner Connection" program. In 2006, mortgage originator licenses were obtained in the state of South Carolina to team up with Atlantic Home Mortgage of Myrtle Beach who originates mortgages in both North and South Carolina. Together, Steve & Jo Ann make one great, financial & real estate service team.
